A delightful fusion of marinara and Alfredo sauces combined with tender chicken and penne pasta, creating a comforting and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 8 oz penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat
It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking after adding the chicken pieces to the pan until they are browned and fully cooked
Add the Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce and mix them together
Let the sauce cook on low heat for 5 minutes so the flavors can mix
Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the sauce until it is well covered
Add chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese on top
Add pepper and salt to taste
