CrockPot Meat Loaf



This classic meatloaf recipe is made conveniently in a slow cooker, resulting in a moist and flavorful dish that's perfect for a hearty dinner. The combination of ground beef, breadcrumbs, and savory seasonings creates a comforting meal that's sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well

Form the mixture into a loaf and put it in the middle of a Crock Pot

If you cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, the meatloaf should be fully cooked and reach a temperature of 160F 71C

Using two spatulas, carefully take the meatloaf out of the slow cooker after it's done so it doesn't break

Wait a few minutes before cutting it up and serving it
